'' My son was getting married in September, I knew I didnât want the typical "Mother of the Bride" look for myself. I was looking for something that felt more like me, but I also didnât want to spend hundreds of euros on an outfit, particularly if i did not love it and, I would only wear once. My initial attempt at finding an outfit was far from successful. I visited a well-known Mother of the Bride shop and tried on about 10 different outfitsânone of which suited me. They all felt uncomfortable, and I didnât have that âI love thisâ feeling with any of them.
