We recommend booking your try-on at least 2–4 weeks ahead of your event, especially if you are using the An Post Try-On or plan to hire a dress after trying. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, just message us to check availability.

It depends on your needs:

– If you want to try a dress on well in advance in your own time and space, go with the An Post Try-On

– If you want styling advice and the chance to try on multiple dresses, choose the Personal Styling Appointment

– If you cannot make it to a try-on or are hiring closer to your event, the Virtual Hire with Refund Option offers peace of mind

– If you just want to quickly check fit for a specific dress, the Express Studio Try-On (coming soon) is ideal.

• The An Post Try-On (€40) is for trying a dress weeks in advance of your event. It gives you time and space to check the fit without pressure. The €40 covers tracked delivery, return postage, and the try-on service. This fee is not refunded or credited, even if you go ahead with a hire later.
  
  
• The Virtual Hire with Refund Option (Hire Fee + €20) is for when you are closer to your event and ready to hire. If the dress does not suit, return it within 24 hours and we refund your full hire fee—you only pay the €20 service fee and postage. (Or collection option is available too)
  
  

Both offer flexibility, but they serve slightly different purposes based on your timeline. Both options also include full return packaging and pre-printed tracked labels.

I am based in Drumconrath, Co Meath, and I currently offer in-person sessions within a 30km radius with no travel charge. If you are  outside that, feel free to get in touch—I will always do my best to accommodate or let you know what is possible.

No. The €40 fee includes both tracked postage and the try-on service. It is designed for women who want peace of mind well in advance of their event. If the dress is not right, you return it, but the fee is not refunded or deducted from a future hire.

We can provide the option of up to two dresses with this option, however there will be an additional charge of €20 per dress sent, as it will be unavailable within our studio for the time booked. 

• With the An Post Try-On, you simply return it. The €40 fee is not refunded.
• With the Virtual Hire + Refund Option, you return the dress within 24 hours and receive a full hire fee refund (you just pay the €20 service fee and postage).

No, we take care of all cleaning and garment care. Just return the dress as is, using the packaging provided.

All dresses sent via An Post, whether for try-on or hire, come with a tracked delivery service both ways.

You will receive:

• A protective return pouch
• A pre-printed An Post tracked return label
• Clear instructions for returning your item safely and on time

Simply drop it off at your nearest post office, and we will keep an eye on the tracking so you do not have to worry.
